My name is Odile Horjus and although Dutch born I have been living in the Dominican Republic since 1991.

I fell in love with the island and its people, the sunsets, picking mangos of trees, riding horses at the beach and smelling cigars and enjoying a good rum.

 My former career on this beautiful island was in hotel business & aviation, which gave me the opportunity to get to know all the nice spots on the island and is a great asset to assist you with your investment on the North Coast as a real estate specialist.

Speaking several languages gives me the chance to communicate with many people from all over the world and making my clients feel comfortable either selling or buying their dream property in Puerto Plata, Sosua or Cabarete.

 I will be able to assist you with the purchase of either land, a property or a business at the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. 

Over the years, I surrounded myself with a wonderful team of professionals such as architects, constructing engineers, painters, gardeners and so on.
