What we do differently

We want to be  your representatives  in front of the market, the buyers, and the hundreds of agencies that can find a buyer for your home. We know that it's a nightmare to manage agreements with dozens of real estate agencies, but we also know that giving maximum visibility to your home will make it sell faster.

We make  professional reports, videos, 2D and 3D plans , and everything necessary for your home to rank better on the portals. And we make sure that all publications have the same quality material and correct information.

What we will NOT do

We are NOT going to tell you that we have clients for your house if we do not know it yet. It would be lying to you or having lied to our buyer clients by presenting them with a house that we do not know and for which I do not have permission from the owner to share it.

We do NOT sell houses. We advise you and represent you in front of the entire market so that you can sell your house as you want, at the best price and in the shortest time possible.

We do NOT want to tie you down to an exclusive sale, because we believe that if another agent brings a buyer and we do not introduce them to you, we would be going against your interests. We want to represent you in front of as many actors as possible and for Adargon to be the interlocutor that defends your interests.
